QMEAT: Final meeting

QMEAT partners have celebrated the last general meeting of the project. During the meeting, some preliminary results from trials carried out at industrial level with a significant number of meat parts including ham, loin and other Italian style cuts (coppas, fiocco) has been presented. Initial results have shown promising results. However, due to the large amount of data generated more time will be needed to have a complete analysis of the data.

In light of the promising results, SME partners are working together to define a final exploitation agreement.
